Is Julie Katou Suspicious?

Just finished reading chapter 314 and i began thinking something was weird. The way that Julie is acting makes me feel like he is trying to manipulate Enma behind the scenes. Is it just me or does it seem like he is trying make sure that Enma has bad feelings towards the Vongola and Tsuna. The way that his eyes look and the way that he thinks and does things makes me suspicious of him. I am starting to think that he might have a little resembelence to Daemon Spade. After all Julie and the Vongola mist guardian would be the pair of oppents if they fought. What do you think of this?
