The Rain Pelican is a bird-type that can store Rain-attribute Flames similar to water inside its throat pouch and even clad its whole body in it. It is surprisingly big and there are those which the overall length surpasses 150cm. Possessed by Olgert, he used it and his Heavy Rain Elephant against Flan, Belphegor and Xanxus during the main battles in Italy between the Millefiore and the Vongola forces.

Abilities Edit

Its attack power is weak, but the large quantity of Rain-attribute Flames it releases from its throat pouch possesses digestive powers that applies Tranquility on the Flames of other attributes. Because of that, its main role is that of a support weapon.

• Maximum Defense: Creates a huge wall of Rain Flames. The wall was strong enough to put out Belphegor's Storm Mink's Fiamma Scarlatta, but too weak to withstand Bester's Ruggito di Cieli.
