|Title||Katekyo Hitman Reborn! DS Fate of Heat II - Unmei no Futari|
|Release Date (JPN)||April 16, 2009|
Katekyō Hitman Reborn! Fate of Heat II - Unmei no Futari is a Nintendo DS Game based on Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Fate of Heart II. It is an action role-playing Game, taking place during the manga's Future Arc. The intro song is entitled "Days" by LM.C.
The Game uses the same RPG-based adventure system as the Original. Characters battle with attacks and other moves on cards.
The cards represent the Attacks or Skills that the player will be able to perform when they enter into a battle. A few of them can be shared between a certain amount of Characters, while most of them can only be used by one specific Character.
One of the new additions in this game is the possibility to equip Rings. Depending on the Ring's type, the player can raise the parameters of their character or equip the Character with certain status advantages. The player gains the Ability to create Rings just before Tsuna gets the X-Gloves V.V.R.
If the player selects Characters that share a certain Relationship, they can activate a Combination Art. These arts provide special and powered-up Attacks.
The game follows the events of the manga's Future Arc. It takes a twist and begins a unique story after Tsuna and his friends attack the Melone Base and defeat Phantom Knight. Bligganteth, head of the Millefiore's Assassination Squad, deploys his invention, the Mechanimal Beasts, around Namimori City in hopes of defeating Tsuna.
