The Bovino Famiglia is only seen through the action of mistakenly sending Lambo a package meant to go to Tsuna's house. Lambo is, so far, its only known member. (although Aunt Otavio is spoken of in the series, see below)

Lambo also speaks of 'Aunt Otavio' in episode 29. Presumably Aunt Otavio is also part of the Bovino Family.
The boss of the Bovino family has never been named or shown. However, Reborn claims that he was honored and cried tears of joy when he heard Lambo was being invited to join the Vongola family.
